We Are Building a Stronger Black Future—On Purpose.
Through education, economic empowerment, and community action, Black Society exists to equip individuals and families with the tools to thrive—not just survive.
Black Society for Economic and Social Transformation exists to advance culture, capital, and community—equipping individuals and families with the tools, knowledge, and access needed to build lasting success. We are not just creating programs—we are building pathways to ownership, empowerment, and generational impact.
How It All Started:

Black Society for Economic and Social Transformation was founded on a simple but powerful belief: our community already has the power—we just need the structure, tools, and strategy to activate it.
What began as a vision to unify and uplift Black individuals across social and economic lines has grown into a movement focused on education, ownership, and long-term stability.

OUR PURPOSE

Meet Our Founder
Gilbert Wilkerson, Sr.
Black Society for Economic and Social Transformation was founded by Gilbert Wilkerson Sr., who was looking for a way to reach black people from all political, social, and economic spectrums to do for themselves rather than wait for gov't assistance. We have enough power in human resources and capital to make a difference in our community.
Our goal is to take back our place on the free markets of America while allowing the transformation of our human existence to soar.
